The 2009 Raider Nation Celebration family day is set for Saturday, August 8th from 1 - 5:00 p.m. at the Oakland - Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland. You don’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind, family-friendly event which will feature current Raiders players and coaches, Raider Legends and the Raiderettes - Football’s Fabulous Females, as well as chances to win exciting prizes.

The central focus of the entire 2009 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival is the Enshrinement Ceremony where each newly elected football legend takes center stage and shares with the audience his innermost emotions and career experiences in a heartfelt and emotional acceptance speech. Thousands attend and millions more watch and listen as the nationally televised event unfolds. The annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony is not only a moving and inspirational salute to the game’s all-time great players, coaches, and contributors; it is also one of the most spectacular events in all of sports.

Don’t miss the Buffalo Bills and Tennessee Titans as they kick off the 2009 NFL preseason in the Hall of Fame Game! The matchup marks a celebration of the American Football League’s 50th Anniversary Season with both teams playing in throwback uniforms including the Titans wearing a 1960s styled Houston Oilers uniform. The game takes place next to the museum on Pro Football Hall of Fame Field in Fawcett Stadium before a sellout crowd of die-hard fans.
