The Oakland Raiders have filed a grievance against former quarterback JaMarcus Russell in an effort to get back $9.55 million they paid him.
Teams will probably continue to call the Raiders about the availability of running back Michael Bush, according to Jerry McDonald of the Oakland Tribune.

–A Grid-Iron Greats Autograph Show, open to the public, will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, June 6, at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Westfield Galleria Mall, 1151 Galleria Boulevard, Roseville. With the purchase of a commemorative football a fan can have anyone’s autograph that is present at the autograph show. All celebrity golfers have been invited. Individual autographs for a fee will also be available.
“Stand Up – Be Forever Inspired” sponsored by the Biletnikoff Foundation and open to the public, will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 6 at the Granite Bay High School Theater. A delegation of male and female student athletes, selected by their coaches from Placer County High Schools, will be presented with distinguished achievement awards by NFL legends Fred Biletnikoff and Tim Brown, and World Champion Boxer Tony Lopez.
