The Oakland Tribune is reporting that Trevor Scott, who has been a defensive end until he played linebacker at Dallas, will start at weakside linebacker and Thomas Howard will play on the strong side Sunday at Pittsburgh. Sam Williams will be out of the mix.
This is interesting because Scott, a second-year player, is a playmaker. He needs to be on the field. So, this move could give a spark to the Oakland defense.
