Oakland owner Al Davis is preaching patience with quarterback JaMarcus Russell. Davis points out several successful NFL quarterbacks who struggled early before starring. The problem is, the Raiders preached patience regarding Russell before this season. It is time for him to start producing. It’s simple as that.
Oakland receiver Chaz Schilens is questionable to play Sunday against Philadelphia after missing eight weeks with a broken foot. He has expressed doubt that he will be ready.
