At Kansas City recap
Raider News:
Gallery, the second overall pick in the 2004 draft (taken before Philip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger), has missed only six games in his five-plus year career.
Free safety Hiram Eugene didn’t practice and won’t play against Denver, meaning Michael Huff will go back to being the fulltime player at that position after intercepting three passes as the deep safety in the nickel defense.
The Oakland Raiders’ home game against the Denver Broncos will be blacked out locally because the team did not sell out the game in time.
The Eighth Annual Raiders Fiesta Latina will be held Sunday, September 27th, when The Oakland Raiders take on the Denver Broncos at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
It figures that, after we spilled plenty of e-ink in defending the Week One decision to take away from the Oakland Raiders a second-quarter touchdown after receiver Louis Murphy, despite having possession and two feet down, lost the ball when hitting the ground, officials blew two similar calls in the next Sunday of action.

Go Raiders!
GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!
First time I listened to your show and am happy to say that I agree with basically everything that was said…not an easy thing for me usually when it comes to the Raiders and what is needed to improve this team. I especially liked the discussion of the “non-catch” that Murphy supposedly had in the Chargers game. That was one of the WORST calls in NFL history! What about Cable’s poor time management at the end of that game? Anyway, keep up the good work and look forward to hearing your show again. GO RAIDER NATION!
