Al Davis has never drawn up a three- or four-year rebuilding plan. It’s always been about winning the next game and, in the end, the next Super Bowl. After a string of five failed seasons in which the club has won only 19 games, it appears he has decided on an altered tack and a new motto.
al davis is doing the right thing by taking a different way of thinking this time as long as davis and kiffin work together and are on the same page and no more of these rumors al davis and the raiders will be fine davis needs to let kiffin do his job and turn this ship around to a winning team and the raider nation wil be more then pleased.
