The Raiders reached agreement with former San Francisco offensive tackle Kwame
Running back Dominic Rhodes agreed to a restructured contract which dropped his salary from $3 million to $1.75 million.
Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Warren Sapp’s 13-year pro career officially ended Tuesday.
